Mostly we have to push the bikes to reach the pass. You need to have plenty of water and a warm down jacket with you. The trek Phedi to Thorong-La takes about 3 to 5 hours, depending upon fitness and acclimatization. Upon reaching Thorong-La we will see the traditional chorten, cairn and prayer flags.
