Day 01 : Arrive in Lhasa by flight (3660m) & drive to Tsedang(3550m)
Highlights: Spectacular scenery and typical Tibetan villages along the way.
Welcome to Tibet! Your Tibet tour guide will meet you at the airport with the welcome board with your name on it. Then Transfer to Tsedang, the capital of Shannan Area, also the cradle of Tibetan culture. Rest for the rest of the day will be better for the high altitude acclimatization.

Day 02 : Tsedang Sightseeing: In the morning, make a trip to Yarlung valley to visit the Yumbulakhang, a medieval-European castle-like structure, reputed as Tibet's oldest building. It doesn't take long to explore Yumblagang; the best part of the visit is the walk up along the ridge around the building. Drop a visit to the first built monastery in Tibet- Samye Monastery

Day 03 : Tsedang to Lhasa: We will visit Mindroling Monastery in the morning then drive back to Lhasa; you can stroll around the Lhasa city with your guide in the afternoon to get a close touch with the local Tibetan's life.

Day 04 : Lhasa Sightseeing: Wind your way up through the Potala Palace, join the shuffling, murmuring pilgrims around the shrines of the Jokhang Temple and souvenir shopping at Barkor Street

Day 05 : Lhasa Sightseeing: Visit Drepung Monastery for the whole morning, later after lunch, visit Sera monastery. We can do the Sera Kora walk of about 1 hr and then catch the famous debate session of the monks.

Day 06 : Day excursion to Namtso Lake: You may run into Nomads around the Namtso Lake if you are lucky. Snow covered mountains in the distance, extremely blue sky, and transparent lake scenery. It is the fabulous typical plateau scenery in Tibet.

Day 07 : Day tour to Ganden and Tsurpu: In the morning, drive to Gandan Monastery. Have a short hike around Gandan which is called "Gandan Kora", it is a simply stunning walk and should not be missed. There is superb view of the Kyi-chu Valley along the way and there are usually large numbers of pilgrims and monks offering prayers, rubbing holy rocks and prostrating themselves along the path. Then we will pay a visit to Tsupu monastery which served as the traditional seat of the Karmapa

Day 08 : Lhasa to Gyantse (3950m): In the morning drive to Gyantse along the Kyi-chu River. We will drive through Kamba La (4.796 m) which offers you a magnificent view of the holy lake Yamdrok (4441 m), one of the three holy lakes in Tibet and the largest habitat of waterfowls in south Tibet. Then continue to Gyantse, you can enjoy Ningjinkangsang Snow Mountain and Karola Glacier from a distance on the way as well. Upon arrival in Gyantse, have a stop in Palkhor Temple for around one hour and also you may want to stop for a short visit to the Kumbu Stupa.

Day 09 : Gyantse to Shigatse (3900m): In the morning we will catch the sunrise from the Gyantse Dzong with the fantastic scenery of the whole city, after that we will drive to Shigatse. Upon arrival pay a visit to the Tashilumpo Monastery which is the seat of the Panchen Lama, also we could stroll around the local Market.

Day 10 : Shigatse to Tingri: Today we will drive to Tingri from Shigatse, enjoying the view of Tibetan plateau along the way.

Day 11 : Tingri to Zhangmu: Drive to Zhangmu town.

Day 12 : Zhangmu to Kathmandu: Drive to the friendship bridge and meet our Nepal's representative and drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 13 : Transfer to the airport and departure.
